AI-Driven Brand Experience

For PulseTech in Seoul, Our Designs Work transformed a static brand into a living, AI-driven experience engine. We started by redesigning the brand as an adaptive system, where layouts, colors, content, and tone change dynamically based on user behavior and context. Using Figma, we built modular brand components that could evolve instead of staying fixed.

With OpenAI, GA4, Mixpanel, and Firebase, we developed real-time personalization that learns from every click, scroll, and interaction. The system understands user intent and automatically delivers the most relevant content, design, and messaging for each individual.

We also created predictive experience models that anticipate user needs and guide them through smart, intuitive journeys. To make the brand feel more human, we designed conversational brand flows that interact, assist, and adapt like a digital assistant.

All experiences are connected to a continuous learning loop, allowing the brand to test, learn, and optimize itself automatically—making PulseBrand a truly intelligent, evolving brand system.
